FEAST
dance, mindset training & mini photo sessions…
FEAST is an intentional and collaborative workshop for dancers & creatives. It is a safe space for dancers to explore who they are, and to examine honest ways to let that discovery express itself through art. It's a personal tool box, full of ideas and skills, that will help them build awareness, confidence, and self compassion.
This workshop was thoughtfully created to inspire you to see yourself and this world with fresh eyes, and an open heart. It's an invitation to FEAST on life, to create more love and light, and share it with others, all through the art of dance.
Throughout the day, you can expect to experience dance, improvisation, Lauren's unique motivation in movement class, learn about your enneagram number, listen to encouraging lectures, prompts and journaling.
Erin will be candidly capturing each dancer throughout the day with her camera. A few weeks after the workshop dancers will have access to the gallery and be able to download their favorite photographs.

What People Are Saying…
“I left Feast with an overwhelming feeling of peace and gratitude. It’s hard to find words to describe the changes I've endured since working with Lauren and Erin. My perspective on dance, but more so my perspective on myself as a dancer has transformed. I have been able to see past the feelings of self-doubt, of comparison to others, of the fear of never being good enough, to finding my "why." I left Feast so sure that dance is my reason for being. I felt to alive, so connected, so present during my experience. I was able to tap into my centers, my presentness and simply move. I often struggle with releasing my busy thoughts in movement, I try, but I am easily overwhelmed; however, this day, like many days with Lauren and Erin were different. The environment, the intentions, the shared experience allowed me to really dive deep into my mindset and dance authentically.”

“I learned and understand so much more and not just about myself but about my fellow dancers. My takeaway was this whole experience — from the learning of enneagram types, to learning how to move in pictures, this whole experience felt so welcoming. The thing that will always stay in my heart was how this whole event gave me the reassurance that I had been needing. My future me reassuring my present self that my love for dance has not faltered 5 years from now and it never will.”

“My takeaway was honestly just to be more loving with myself when I dance because I often catch myself just being to hard on myself. Another thing was thinking about what I want to do in the future with dance.
